Great experience all around! My husband and I were extremely pleased and impressed with out entire experience with Swingset Factory Depot. The owner and employees here are super nice and extremely helpful! The owner Brian and another employee had my sons swing-set assembled and ready to play in a few hours, and they didn’t mind his questions and he watched them put it up! Brian set up the vinyl swingset after sitting in our garage for a year. Despite my late request, Christmas, and bad weather, he had most of it up before Christmas to surprise the Grandkids. The older (3 yrs) jumped up and down shouting: “It’s exactly what I wanted for Christmas!” Even cold weather couldn’t keep the 3 of them off it. Swingset factory depots customer service is amazing and the vuly 2 trampoline I purchased from them is the best trampoline I have seen. Most trampolines are not nice to look at but that is not the case with vuly very well built and looks nice in the yard. I will definitely be a repeat customer at the swingset factory depot.
