He took extra time to make sure we felt comfortable and confident with the placement in our yard. (Thinking through quick access to kids/visibility from kitchen while not eating up the entire yard.) It was set up in no time flat. He also gave us creative ideas on items we already owned like our climbing dome. A salt of the earth type of guy who does business incredibly well. Tara Wilkerson20 March 2025We love our new Parrot Island playset! We contacted Brian in late February to ask to see some playsets and he set up time that week for us to come view them in person. He spent an hour letting our kids test out different sets and explaining all of the options. He stayed connected with us after that visit and even came to our house to measure our yard for the new playset. From the time we viewed to install was only about a month. He has great customer service and came out to the house the day it was installed. His work crew was amazing as well. John Orrell6 December 2023Just simply PHENOMENAL!!!! Brian and his team went WAY above and beyond to ensure my kiddos had an above outstanding and exciting playing experience. After we moved cities my kiddos were devastated to leave their play-set behind. Brian and his team walked me patiently through the whole process and pulled off the unimaginable - a play-set set-up that made my kids forget what they left behind and excited about what they now have. The whole team is what “right looks like” when it comes to the customer experience. When we moved from the St. Louis Metro-East to an hour East, Brian didn’t hesitate to make the trip to set us up. I am very grateful that he did this. I look forward to working with him and his team in the near future to continue to build our backyard a play-time oasis. Next up…one of their trampolines. He was knowledgeable of all the sets and able to help choose what may fit our needs best. Install was also quick and easy to schedule. Also, this is the best deal in swing sets. Our two granddaughters love the swing set. It's the focus of our outdoor activities. The infant seat relieved my fears as it's very safe. My older granddaughter has created an entire circus act with the other swing and trapeze! The wooden supports are attractive and add to the charm of the yard.
