We bought several years ago, and we have had no issues. The kids love it, and I  am so happy with the purchase. We bought a playground, an addition to the playground later, and a basketball hoop. Brian was super knowledgeable about the products, he was very responsive to our needs. He helped us move it to our new home, and referred us to sometime to stain it. I wanted to share the fantastic experience we have had with Brian and his team at Swingset Factory Depot. Brian was incredibly informative from start to finish. Responsive to texts and questions which helped tremendously because I can't always make or take calls.  Helped us do a little problem solving about having to mow under a trampoline (these guys offer a great setup with a weed barrier and timbers) and even got our Vuly trampoline shipped and installed ahead of schedule. I was about to order one directly from Vuly when I realized there was a local dealer. The deal was better- even having it delivered and installed. Just simply PHENOMENAL!!!! Brian and his team went WAY above and beyond to ensure my kiddos had an above outstanding and exciting playing experience. After we moved cities my kiddos were devastated to leave their play-set behind. Brian and his team walked me patiently through the whole process and pulled off the unimaginable - a play-set set-up that made my kids forget what they left behind and excited about what they now have. The whole team is what “right looks like” when it comes to the customer experience. When we moved from the St. Louis Metro-East to an hour East, Brian didn’t hesitate to make the trip to set us up. I am very grateful that he did this. I look forward to working with him and his team in the near future to continue to build our backyard a play-time oasis. Next up…one of their trampolines.
